As a licensed therapist, yoga instructor and meditation guide, I'm an advocate for holistic health and wellness. My love for yoga and connection to mindful meditation, physical activity, and the art of psychotherapy has allowed me to develop a unique niche that caters to you mentally, physically, and emotionally. I completed a 200 hour training program at Franklin Street Yoga Company in Chapel Hill, NC

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is a fun mixture of asanas that are not only invigorating but purposefully sequenced to promote empowerment and vitality. Our practice will center around mindfulness and body awareness. This vinyasa sequence will leave you with a heightened sense of self and increase your level of peace and calmness. This class is inviting to all levels!
