To say this is an interesting time is a clear understatement. I’m a firm believer that things happen for a reason, and shifts occur whether we like them or not. I also super believe there are lessons to take away from each experience. My personal opinion- this COVID-19 crisis is a universal charge for all of us to take a step back, and assess the importance and value of taking care of ourselves and our loved ones from the inside out.

Taking care can look like a number of things, unique to ones individual needs. Maybe taking care looks like giving yourself permission to pause with a mindful meditation. Or maybe taking care looks like honoring your body through physical activity and movement. Be it a fun, sweaty, stress relieving workout or a smooth and flowy yoga sequence.
