I started my fitness journey in 2012, I was in and out of the gym, I tried a ton of different classes and trainers, dabbled in fad diets- you know the story! Point is, I understand, I’ve been in your shoes, I’ve felt the frustration and discouragement!  So I know the struggle of finding what works best for you, what keeps you motivated and inspired, and most importantly what makes you feel like your best self! 

I am trained in group fitness instruction, personal and small group training, and yoga! My goal is to share what I’ve learned from my personal journey in conjunction with the knowledge and skill I’ve acquired from various training programs! 

Your goals become my goals! We are in it together! It’s not about having the “perfect” physique- it’s about showing your body love through physical activity and balanced nutrition!
