I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, Yoga Instructor, Meditation guide, and Personal Trainer. I believe my life’s work is rooted in emphasizing the intersection of mental wellness, physical healthiness, and spirituality in efforts to enhance overall quality of life. Grounded in holistic health and wellness, I’m passionate about mindfulness based practices, meditation, mindful movement, and honoring the bodies wisdom.

Identifying my role as a collaborator and guide through the therapeutic process, I partner with clients to create relationships based around empowerment and authenticity; while promoting an environment that is safe for growth, vulnerability, understanding, and support. Viewing each client individually, I draw from a combination of evidenced based therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Body Oriented Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I have experience treating acute eating disorders at an inpatient level, working with families and loved ones of those in treatment; and assisting adolescents, teens, and families as they transition back into their home environment and continue their journey through recovery. The experience I’ve gained has allowed me to develop a special passion for breaking down mental health barriers, uplifting, and empowering adolescent, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self- esteem, body image, trauma, identity development, and more. I’m an advocate for inclusivity, multiculturalism, and value my work with the LGBTQIA population.
